S & B Commercials Plc was formed in 1982 by Ron Holmes. Ron Holmes, the managing director of S & B, arranged a management buy-out from the LEX Services group. This allowed the ERF Truck Dealership, MAN and Volkswagen to operate from a single site. A few years after the amalgamation of these operations the decision was taken to replace them by a single Mercedes-Benz franchise.
After years of growing success the company was asked by Mercedes-Benz to acquire the car and dealership company Spellbrook. Since this take-over the company has gone from strength to strength and have since acquired more vehicle sites around London.
From ERF vehicles modest begins in 1976, employing around 14 people, to the current headcount of S & B Commercials at 300, S & B Commercials have established their presence within the car dealership industry.
S & B Commercials are a Mercedes Van and Truck dealer. They also offer Used Mercedes Vans and Used Mercedes Trucks. Their website also has an online Store, where users are able to order Mercedes Parts Online.
