- Proceeds of the Southwest Florida Tropical Turtle Race will benefit Lee Mental Health’s Children Services. Lee Mental Health provides a wide range of services to children from infant through age 17. Services include inpatient treatment for children in emotional crisis, outpatient therapy, community based in-home therapy for children and families, support and therapy for children in foster care, school based programs for children with mental health needs and at risk of academic failure. Lee Mental Health also provides prevention programs in high-risk neighborhoods to strengthen families and address problems with drugs/alcohol and child abuse/neglect.
