1-2-3 Copy DVD CRAPPY SUPPORT
- I bought 1-2-3 copyDVD from Microcenter in Fairfax, VA. I have a new DELLXPS 410 dual core, 2GB etc, etc.... The prgram hopelessly LOCKS everything on my computer because the NEC DVD+-RW drive is not support by this software. HOWEVER: Their program 1-2-3COPYDVD GOLD ver.4.0.0 works just fine on my system on a trial basis for 7days. In the meantime i have contacted this company's MYSTERIOUS PRODUCT SUPPORT. They must be in Europe or someplace because they only respond to emails once every 24 hours starting at around 0430 EST. I told them that I purchased this program and it won't work, but their other products work and they won't 1.give me a number to speak with someone. 2. fail to address this issue about the products from their company that do work on my system. 3. there were no system requirements for this program to work on anyone system purchased off the shelf so if you buy this on good faith and it doesn't work...the store won't take it back and you are faced with dealing with mo
