AboutUs is for and about businesses, organizations, blogs, forums - anyone who has a website. We provide visitors with information about websites, a way to share their knowledge about websites, and a place to promote their own sites.
AboutUs.org website profiles can be edited to include a summary of the website, its contact information, photos or logos and much, much more... all while linking directly to the website. AboutUs.org is a wiki, and information on website profile pages can be updated and changed by clicking the edit pencil icon. You can think of the page about your website as a place for the community to gather, comment and communicate.
Finding information - To see information about a website, enter the site's domain name - for example, MyWebsite.com - in the search bar at the top right of any page on AboutUs.org.
Sharing your knowledge - AboutUs.org is what it is today thanks to the people who edit and improve the site. Please feel free to help build this guide to websites by clicking one of the many edit pencil icons.

- The Website Visibility Report shows website operators how their sites look to search engines and human visitors. The report offers guidance for making web pages work better for search and for people, and tells you how many pages of a website have been indexed by search engines and how a site ranks around the Web.
- To use the Website Visibility Report, go to the AboutUs page for any website. Get there by entering the website name - like MyWebsite.com - in the search bar at the top of any AboutUs page. Once you're at the page for the site, click "Home Page Analysis" or "Web Presence" in the left sidebar.
- Our articles about online marketing offer tips for attracting new potential customers to your site.
- We follow links to good websites when people provide good information for AboutUs visitors on the site's page. If you've improved a site's page and want us to follow the links, email us at DoFollow@AboutUs.org.
