Anyone wanting to use AllMemoryFoam.com:
Apparently this company could care less about the customer service. I tried recently to order and ship to my military APO address as they say they will ship free. (support the troops and all that) however, after the payment was accepted and the order still had not shipped after a week a sent a dispute to paypal to ask about the status. I was the refunded my payment straight away with no other explanation. I tried to reorder but got this instead with:
Mr Reeves,
Several weeks ago you disputed the charge for the topper and you money was refunded. We are not going to go through this again with you. You have to contact Paypal in order for me to refund your money.

I returned the email stating that i would let everyone at my APO know to go elsewhere if they wanted to purchase something like this and the reply was;
I couldn't care

If that is the attitude they take just trying to get something shipped I can only imagine what would happen if there was a dispute once you got your order. I could see a lot of people losing their money because of this type of customer service. Ultimate sleep also ships to APO I would recommend them or anyone else over all memory foam.
