About The All Species Project

The Heartland All Species Projects mission is to provide interdisciplinary eco-cultural environmental education and community building action projects for cities, neighborhoods and villages. The Heartland All Species Project is a not for profit organization incorporated in the state of Missouri.

The Heartland All Species Project grew out of the International All Species Project that was introduced to Kansas City in 1987. The International All Species Project was developed as a school and community education program in Santa Fe, NM by Chris Wells and John Mcleod.
