It resembles the legitmate US-based Barrington Asset Management site. The BBC report the FSA etc claimed authorities are false. This would make it illegal to deal in financial products and services in the UK. The content appears to have been taken from other legitimate and copyrighted sites. The owner is 'hyper' in Dublin and the website is located in Russia. That would raise DPA issues. I will leave it to you to draw your own conclusions ...
