The California Yoga Center (CYC) is located in the heart of Silicon Valley with studios in Mountain View and Palo Alto. Serving the community since 1980, we are dedicated to offering yoga instruction in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar. Our two studios provide the community with more than 60 classes each week to meet the needs of busy Bay Area lifestyles. Classes range from beginner to advanced, and include special needs classes like prenatal and back care.
