Performed these duties for one year.

Supervisory Maintenance Systems Specialist, McClellan AFB Supervised 24-29 systems analysts and computer programmers in the analysis of maintenance processes, design and acquisition of automated, mechanized material handling, management information and automated training systems. Researched, analyzed, evaluated computer system specifications, developed functional descriptions and project plans for local and command level systems implementation. Managed the operation of a VAX 11/780 computer mainframe for a seven division, seven thousand personnel organization. Performed these duties for 5 years.

Logistics Management Specialist - International Projects, Spain, Turkey, and McClellan AFB Analyzed host country systems/processes and designed new automated logistic systems for host country which included requirements computation, warehousing, inventory control, packaging/transportation and cataloging functions for the Spanish and Turkish Air Forces. Was in-country team leader for the analysis/design of each country's systems working with respective country's air force members. Developed functional specifications, coningency procedures, systems specifications and implementation plans and schedules. Perfomed these duties for 6 years.

Supply Systems Analyst, McClellan AFB Analyzed processes within the Directorate of Distribution for existing/potential problem areas within receipt, storage, disposal, transportation and other supply functions. Researched Air Force Manuals and Regulations and updated respective procedures to comply. Developed operations procedures for implementation of new systems. Helped develop the functional description for an automated warehousing system, Performed these duties for 5 years.
