ripped off edit

hi im new at this,so bear with me. i am trying to find more info about inkjetremix. cant log on to any of their sites. they dont return calls. they DONT ship out their orders, AND {i call it theft} make sure they receive their payment {mine was from a debit card}it would be understandable{a little} if order was backordered. i have been informed by a couple of forums, that alot of people have been getting ripped off. either i get my return of purchase back, or i get my ink. i would not recommend this company. thanks
