The Concerned Chatham Green Shareholders (CCGS) strongly endorses Rich Scorce, Barbara Ross, and Kathy Tom-Lew for election to the Chatham Green Board. All three are long time residents of Chatham Green and each has demonstrated active participation in our community. They have expressed a willingness to work towards compromise on differences of opinion but have assured shareholders that they will not compromise on matters of ethics.
The CCGS believes that terms limits for board members are fundamental to ensuring that no special interests take control of Chatham Green for prolonged periods of time. By virtue of term limits alone, we are strongly opposed to the candidacy of incumbents Ed Lam and Emily Lee.
Peter Chiu currently serves on the Commercial Lease Committee and does not appear to be an independent candidate (has any shareholder ever seen an open call to join the Commercial Lease Committee?). The CCGS is strongly opposed to his candidacy.
