Katy Chevigny, Executive Director, brings several years experience as a documentary filmmaker and managing a film company to MediaRights. A co-founder along with Julia Pimsleur, Katy also works as a producer and director at Big Mouth Productions, and serves as Executive Director of Arts Engine,Inc. Most recently, she directed Deadline, a documentary about the dramatic events that took place in Illinois in 2002-3 regarding the death penalty. The film aired on NBC in July 2004 and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. She also directed Journey To The West: Chinese Medicine Today, a documentary about traditional Chinese medicine and its influence in the West. She has produced many award-winning documentaries, including Nuyorican Dream, Brother Born Again and Outside Looking In. katy@mediarights.org

Enrico Cullen, Director of Development and External Affairs, is a nonprofit manager, filmmaker, educator, and development specialist. Before joining Arts Engine, Cullen was the Director of Development & Public Affairs for Brooklyn Center for the Urban Environment, a $2.5 million nonprofit providing environmental education programs to over 100,000 children, youth, and adults each year. He has worked on documentary films and narrative shorts and most recently screened his film, The Misadventure of 95, at the Tribeca Grand Screening Room. Cullen also managed an employment program for ex-prisoners at The Fortune Society, an organization that serves people in transition from prison, placing an average of 200 people in jobs annually. Cullen taught American Civilization at St. Petersburg University in Russia and writing courses at Richard Daley City College in Chicago.

Wendy Cohen, Outreach Coordinator, was born and raised in Montreal and graduated first in her class from Concordia University�s Communications and Cultural Studies program. Wendy first moved to New York City for an outreach internship at Women Make Movies, and one serendipitous email lead this feminist and film enthusiast to the MediaRights family in March of 2004. Wendy's journey in the arts began in theatre and includes stage managing and producing for FDLT and One Foot Productions. She worked for Diversus Productions on the documentaries Women Warriors and Red Carpet for the Sun: The Life of Irving Layton and was a production assistant on a Community Memories exhibit that is part of the Virtual Museum of Canada. Wendy is inspired by the media�s amazing ability to empower, motivate and galvanize both its makers and audiences. wendy@mediarights.org
