Our sales staff is extremely knowledgeable because of the training required by these manufacturers as well as our own higher standards.
In January of 2003 we moved into our new 18 acre, $6 Million dealership located in Island Lake, Illinois. We have a state-of-the-art service facility with 22 50-foot long service bays and an in-house collision repair center specializing in the reconstruction of motorhomes and travel trailers. Our technicians receive annual training from the manufacturers as well as from the Recreational Vehicle Dealership Association’s satellite training program. We have RVDA Certified technicians who work hard to keep current with today’s technology providing our customers with top-notch service.
In 2003, Crystal Valley was purchased by FreedomRoads, a network of well-established local and regional dealerships who have united to benefit our customers and associates.
