- The EU-China Trade Project (EUCTP) was launched in 2004 by the European Commission and the Ministry of Commerce of the PR China, This series of brochures commenced with the release of the Q&A on the EU Alert System for Food and Feed and the Q&A on Traceability along the Food Chain in the EU, the Chinese delegation met with Government Procurement experts at European Commission and Member States level to get an in-depth look at EU regulations and best practice, The Study Visit on the Lawyers Law from 19-29 September 2007 presented ten Chinese delegates from the Ministry of Justice, the National People’s Congress, the Legislative Affairs Committee of the State Council and, The EU-China Trade Project organized a WTO Training Programme for the Ministry of Commerce, local Departments of Commerce, sectoral Chambers of Commerce and WTO Training Centres, The EU-China Trade Project managed the logistics for the EU-China Market Surveillance Seminar, which took place in Beijing on 25 October 2007., the EU-China Trade Project organized the EU-China Symposium on Standards, IPRs and Competition in Beijing on 31 October 2007
