Our clients include international medical insurers who have policyholders based in the Asia Pacific, many of the leading insurers of Indonesia, and many leading employers.
Our philosophy is to maximize service while minimizing cost. Risk Management and Patient Education Services are a large part of our services, differentiating us from other companies which may simply "process a claim up to the limits of a policy".
We focus on bringing individuals back to full health and on raising health awareness, in order to minimize costs for whoever is financing the benefits program. We can offer one of the largest cashless networks of providers (hospitals, clinics, dentists etc) with particularly broad coverage within Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Canada and the USA in particular. Our network can be expanded to meet the locations of a client.
We have negotiated discounts with many providers and pass these to our clients as part of our risk management services.
