- Change and growth have always intrigued me. I have not only experienced much change in my own life, but have made the study of change my life-long project. I grew up in Cuba and have lived in Spain, Costa Rica, Mexico, Germany, and the United States. In addition, I have served as visiting professor, speaker, coach, and trainer at events in at least a dozen Latin American countries, as well as Spain, Trinidad, Canada, England and Germany. In the United States, I have made presentations in at least 14 states, to audiences varying in size from a dozen to 5,000. These experiences have trully enriched my life, and taught me to adapt, to understand change first hand, and to be more aware of the needs of different groups, people, cultures, and languages. This is also why my main passion and mission in life is to awaken in people their natural power to change.
