- Laura Wiess is the author of Such a Pretty Girl published by MTV Books, a division of Simon Schuster, Inc and available in January 2007, and of the upcoming MTV Book Leftovers, due for release in January 2008. She is also the author of ten book Girlfriends series written under the pseudonym Nicole Grey, assisted KA Applegate in writing three Animorph books, and published two YA romances -- Downtown Boy and Backstage Pass -- under Laura Battyanyi Petose. Such a Pretty Girl is her first book with MTV.
