Description
The Massey University Rugby Football Club was established in 1929 following the establishment of the Massey Agricultural College in 1927. With over 75 seasons behind it, the club has a proud rugby heritage and strong sense of tradition.
Over the years, the club has had eight All Blacks, and has played a role in the development of 15 other All Backs. The club's last All Black was prop Mark Allen, and the most recent former Varsity A player that became an All Black is inside centre, Mark Ranby.
The Club's logo is the "Racing Ram's" head that was introduced in 1990 and display's a charging Ram's head within a Rugby Union Ball.
