About the Old Town Athletic Club
The Old Town Athletic Club is a smaller fitness facility which focuses on providing a personal touch to each of our members. We use experienced personal trainers, nutritionists, state-of-the-art group exercise programs, and the newest weight training/cardio training equipment available.
The Old Town Athletic Club was opened in June of 2003 by Shane Bennett and Johnny Ryan. Shane and Johnny are both personal trainers with over 10 years of exercise/fitness experience and 5+ years personal training/managerial experience at a local large health club.
After five years with the local health club, Shane and Johnny were ready for a new challenge and decided downtown best suited their personalities. They believe one key ingredient separates the Old Town Athletic Club from its competition:
