Omshop[1] was founded by Bridget Woods Kramer and her husband Lee in Hertfordshire in 1999 to great success. Sept 2002 saw omshop establish a new yoga studio and centre at a beautiful Old Chapel in Truro, Cornwall, offering classes for people of any age or ability. Bridget continues to conduct workshops and classes across Europe.
