OptOuttoNoBot
What (summary)
Reprogram Scrub button to institute NoBot changes:
- Remove bot content
- Scrub history
- Add category: NoBot (rather than category OptOut)
Why this is important
The functionality that is currently labeled as OptOut is actually NoBot so people are confused why the language. We want to provide excellent service to everyone who touches our site. Many of the folks who are surprised and chagrined to find our page about their domain on AboutUs.org are satisfied by a promise to not include bot scraped content on the page about their domain. Since we will not entirely remove the page about their domain, this functionality is important for community reasons.

- Change the Scrub button to ScrubBot
- On a domain page that has only been edited by the bot, clicking NoBot scrubs the page and adds it to the category NoBot.
- On a domain page that has been edited by human in addition to the bot, clicking ScrubBot deletes the revision history for the page, and creates a new page that contains only the user contributed part and adds the page to the categories NoBot and NoBotNeedsReview.
