- My wife Keri and I have lived in Seattle for over 10 years and bring a diversity of personal and professional experience to the company. I have done handyman work all of my life. As a kid growing up in Philadelphia, I spent hours with my Dad refinishing antique furniture and working odd jobs for extra money. When I moved to Seattle, in 1994, I bought a house on the top of Queen Anne Hill with the intent on fixing it up for resale. I basically did a full interior demo to the house, taking it down to the studs, re-wiring, re-plumbing, ran gas lines, remodeled the kitchen, removed the lathe and plaster, hung all new sheetrock, and painted. Due to another full-time job, it took two years to finish. So much for "re-sale," I couldn't leave it.
