- This site contains photos and route descriptions for most of the mountains I have climbed. Most of the climbs are Colorado 14ers, U.S. 50 Highpoints, and various mountains in Wyoming including the Tetons and the Wind River Range. Use the category links across the top of the page to navigate to that section of my website. I often find that most guidebooks lack good photos of the route and it's hard to get a mental picture of the "class 4 crux" from a book. I try to capture the essence of a climb with pictures along the route from trailhead to summit. I hope this site proves useful and will give you a better understanding of a climb before you undertake it. Keep in mind, climbing is inherently dangerous and everybody's physical conditioning, climbing ability and tolerance for exposure are different, just because I say it's an easy class 3 for me, doesn't mean it will be for you. Climb safely and within your abilities, the mountains are beautiful but not worth dying for, the summit will always be there tomorrow.
