SPECS maintains a strong partnership to the Berlin research facilities like the Synchrotron Radiation Facility BESSY, the Solid State Research Institute HMI, the Max Planck Institute FHI , and the three Berlin Universities FU, HU, and TU. From this partnership SPECS gains a big impact for new product development and improvement. SPECS presents itself today as an extremely efficient and flexible company, improving versatility and complexity of products and systems by cooperation with partners - for example with BESTEC for special systems or VTS-Createc for Low-Temperature STM and MBE.
