8 (4 oz) Salmon Filets 1/2 cup peanut oil 4 tbsp each of Balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, chopped green onions 3 tsp brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp salt
Place salmon fillets in a medium bowl. In a seperate bowl, combine all the other ingredients. Mix well, and pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Grill fillets about 5 minutes per side over low heat, then more as needed until salmon flakes readily. I used no-stick foil on the grill and it worked great.
