Susan Eisen Fine Jewelry and Watches was founded on May 8, 1980 by Susan Eisen. Her credentials include Graduate Gemologist, GIA, Certified Gemologist Appraiser, AGS, Master Gemologist Appraiser®, American Society of Appraisers. Accredited Senior Gemologist, Accredited Gemologist Association, Accredited Member, International Society of Appraisers, and Senior Member, National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. She is a jewelry designer and goldsmith, and the author of "Crazy About Jewelry...The Expert Guide to Buying, Selling and Caring For Your Jewelry." She recently won the "Award for Excellence" for the Woman Retailer of 2007 by the Women's Jewelry Association and has won many other awards in her community. (Susan Eisen's resume)
Presently there is one location and a new one in the works, one on the west side of El Paso and one to be opened on the east side of El Paso. Each store is located in a strip center and is approximately 2400 square feet.
The Westside headquarters has a full service jewelry manufacturing and repair workshop with casting facilities. The services of the store include jewelry and watch repair and restoration, jewelry and watch purchasing and consignment, appraisals, and custom design. The Westside also has an accredited gemological laboratory and a large jewelry and appraisal library.
