This was an unhappy user that fell through the cracks so to speak. Once his situation was understood the matter was taken care of. You'll notice that this site is no longer active.
I'm the Unhappy User. - I had lost over $6000 on the T-jet when I convinced the distributor to take it back. I went down to the SGIA show last October and met Fresener and explained my situation. He offered to reimburse me which he did. As a show of good faith, I removed the website. The fact remains that you should do a lot of research before buying a inkjet garment printer. The selling claims still don't reflect the reality of these machines.
