Description
A service-oriented twist on some of our workshop events at select dealers elevated Taylor's customer the host store is located, plus one or two Customer Service technicians you’d normally have to talk to long-distance.
The idea is to offer a well-rounded event at which a clinician performs and give tips on guitar playing and gear, an RSM answers specific questions about our company and our product, and a Taylor repair tech performs free diagnostics on customers’ Taylor guitars, which include on-the-spot repairs, tweaks, adjustments, and even string changes.
The pilot mini-tour for this new-model workshop featured clinician Beppe Gambetta, Regional Sales Manager Diane Magagna, and Repair and Service Manager Zach Arntz. They hit the Northeast in late February of 2005, just in time to intercept storms that dropped as much as a foot of snow in the path of the traveling Taylor team.
