Toyglobe.com was started up on January 1, 2001. We have just celebrated our first 5 years in business, and so far we are very happy with the road we have traveled. We have extended our business so that we are not only on the internet but we also supply a large video store chain in Quebec with our inventory. We do not only stock newly released items but we also carry older stock items in mint condition (unless otherwise stated).We realize that our clients also want previously released action figures, as well as this years action figures so we offer hard to find action figures and other collectibles.
Toyglobe.com is continually improving and changing how we run our online store in order to better serve our clients. We work day and night, everyday, in order to expand what we have to offer you. It is an on-going process to improve our prices, selection, and customer service. We value our client feed back so we would like to hear from you. - Most unfortunately, I personally had a dissatisfying shopping experience at Toyglobe.com. I ordered 4 stargate action figures and they charged my credit card immediately. After 3 months i have received 2 of the cheapest of the 4 action figures I ordered and paid for. I've sent many emails asking for an update on the status of the 2 remaining items or at least a refund, but unfortunately they have provided neither.
- I was left with no choice but to report Toyglobe to Federal Police Departments. Their contact number is in Montreal and their shipping address is in New York.
- I've also had to contact my bank and notify them of the now incorrect amounts charged to my credit card.
- I hope Aboutus.org approve of this, but i feel i must warn potential customers of this treatment. I've also personally read hundreds of customer reviews on Toyglobe where the customer has received the same treatment. - RantThis company has had a large number of complaints about them and there are many reports that they take the money and don´t deliver the items.
