The Yoga Center offers classical yoga instruction through a variety of yoga styles. We are committed to the yogic philosophy that all people at any age or in any condition can benefit from yoga. Our primary goal is to help the practitioner achieve an overall sense of wellness by achieving a healthy balance of mental focus, uninterrupted energy flow and a healthy body. We believe that a healthy body and a clear mind are both maintained by achieving this balance. Our teachers are dedicated to encouraging each individual to work at their own level and with their own needs as the overall goal of each class. We do not encourage our practitioners to work toward achievement or competition but to finding their own way to a balanced lifestyle through yoga.
