P. Michael Blair (Biggers), grew up in Eureka California. After High School he joined the US Army (1977) and did a stint at the 10th AG, 8th Army in Souuth Korea. After attending the College of the Redwoods, he moved to Tacoma Washington and continued school; graduating with a diploma in Rehabilitation Facilities.
In 1988 He moved back to California; living in Sacramento. From 1988 - the early 90's he worked with the developmental disabled.
