Grace Lazenby and Sebantien Reant developed and founded itrain; each of them possesses different strengths which they applied to this endeavor. Grace Lazenby has a 15 year history in the fitness industry as a trainer, with a focus on working with Hollywood celebrities. However, Sebantien Reant has very little expertise in fitness, he is an entertainment executive, who manages the technology that is the lynch pin of this fitness system. They seem to have a sincere desire to help consumers achieve an optimal level of fitness. However, does desire necessarily translate into a manageable and doable fitness and weight loss system? Sometimes it does and sometimes these systems fall short, we will thoroughly evaluate this product to see what it can bring to consumers in terms of results, as well as innovative and user friendly technology.

REVIEW OF Itrain
The concept of this plan is basically very simple and apparently was developed when, Grace Lazenby, noticed the prevalence of MP3 players in the gym and realized that this was a good mechanism to deliver fitness routines to consumers. Lazenby and Reant took off with the idea and itrain was born.
