- As you know, AOL ended our ISP operations in Hong Kong in mid-2001. Since then, we have continued to allow legacy AOL Hong Kong members who were registered before 2002, and who are billing to a valid credit card connected to a Hong Kong address, to continue accessing the AOL Hong Kong service via their own high-speed Internet connection but without the benefit of Member Services support.
