History

Image Rent a Car started from humble beginnings within the Brooklyn, New York area. Initially they only had three cars, but quickly expanded to become one of the areas most respected car rental companies. They found that there was a niche in the market for dependable and affordable auto rentals. And by providing quality cars, affordable prices and excellent customer service Image rent a Car won the hearts of the community and its clients.

In 2004 The Founder officially opened up the doors to Image Rent A Car with the objective of giving people in his community the benefit of an excellent car rental location, dedicated to meeting its clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.

They stepped up their rental line in 2004 and began offering customers luxury and exotic vehicles. Today Image Rent A Car is proud of its community based history and remains committed to providing all of its clients with quality car rentals that are accompanied by affordable prices and exceptional service.

2005 New service added in the JFK Kennedy Airport.

Moving up the ladder in 2006 they began to offer Full Size Vans 15 PASSENGER VANS, Luxury Vans and Dodge Sprinter Vans to the public, Universities, Schools Camps and travel organizations keeping a fleet of hundreds of Large vans.

South Florida

In 2007 IMAGE Rent-A-Car expanded to Fort Lauderdale, Miami and West Palm Beach Florida Serving MIA FLL and PBI Airports ( and all of South Florida airport Via Delivery Such as MCO Orlano, Tampa, Key West, Fort Myers and more ) with their Exotic Car Rentals, Conversion Van Rentals and 15 Passenger Van Rentals. Their success within the New York market enabled them to expand their operations.

In addition to South Florida IMAGE Rent-A-Car expanded their operations to include Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2007. Requirements and Restrictions

• Age
  • Image Rent-a-Car requires that the renter's minimum age should be at least 18( Luxury- Exotics and Vans minimum age is 25). This however can be relaxed if and when the company so desires.
  • The renter must also present a US pictured valid driver's license that's valid for minimum of 2 years, not more than 6 points on the license.
  • For international renter's the license of the said country should be approved by the company's administration and must be presented with a valid passport and visa.

• Cash Payments
  • According to Image they accept cash deposits, however restrictions apply such as the minimum age in this case would be at least 25 and the user must hold a New York drivers license.
  • When paying cash the whole rental bill will be settled before the rental period begins.
  • When applying for a rental the user must present their current Bank Statement and current Paystub. No Cash Deposit for Exotic & Luxury Cars Convertibles.
