Susan Gwinn has served as Chair of the Athens County Democratic Party since 1996. She has been a member of the Ohio Democratic Party Executive Committee since her election. She currently serves as the State Central Committee Woman for the State Democratic Party from the 20th Senate District. Susan is the Chairman of the Athens County Board of Elections.
