- My name is Deborah and I live in Sydney Australia with my boyfriend. I refer to him as The Boy because he doesn’t like having his name printed on the innanets. We don’t have any pets but we are willing to consider a goldfish as soon as we have the ‘division of labour’ sorted out.The Boy helps me with my obsession of researching, shopping and cooking of food by being the unofficial taste tester for all my creations. He is a pizza-mashed potato-rice and curry kinda guy, so when I make things such as polenta, vegetable soups or think foie gras would be a nice item on the menu it is usually met with disdain and a glimmer of fear. It is my sole aim to change this part of our habitual agreement. Other than that we are often quite agreeable and spend Friday evenings watching dvd’s over and over again and putting jigsaw puzzles together. Can you say geeks?
