- I am a nationally licensed massage therapist, former owner of Bio Balance Massage and present owner of Tranquil Oasis, Inc. My background includes working in a chiropractic office which gave me the experience of treating a variety of injuries including auto accidents. In particular, I really enjoy refining my skills working with the intricacies of the neck. I have also worked in spa environments, where I utilized aromatherapy, relaxation and deep tissue massage techniques. Deep issue massage is my forte’ even though I have experience helping people with Swedish and Orthopedic massage as well. My path to helping others actually began with yoga. So when I discovered Thai Massage, which incorporates yogic poses and stretching, I was compelled to learn and practice this ancient form of massage. I encountered yoga, itself, for the first time when I was 9 years old from a kindly 70 year old neighbor. I am grateful that yoga has helped me to grow spiritually throughout the years. I completed my teaching certification for both Hatha and Kundalini yoga. I continue to attend seminars to further my knowledge and techniques. Namaste’
