- We believe that everyone should be a member of the Universal Life Church Monastery and that the people who have not yet done so are simply not aware of the benefits. This church will legally ordain anyone who asks and we will never charge a fee for doing so. Just select “ Free Online Ordinations” to complete the process right here on our website. We do this as part of our not-for-profit ministry, without question of faith or practice, and we keep a formal legal record of all ordinations for life. This church has these two tenets: to ensure for each of our ministers the absolute right of freedom to practice their religion in the manner of their choosing, and to encourage our ministers to do that which is right and in accord with their government’s laws.
