Hello Friends:

I am and was a makeup artist at a very young age; in that my teen friends and their mothers wanted me to always do their look, as they liked mine.

I began and still own the sketches from the early age of 9, of constantly sketching beautiful women, with emphasis on their makeup and the beauty I created for them, head to toe, hat's, purses, accessories. It was my serious hobby, along with painting,too- as my parents saw talent. My dad built for me an easel that was perfect and I had everything I needed to create.

My mother used to say to me on my way to school, (I tried to get by her quickly before I was off)"No, Dina. Very creative, but too much."

What I chose to create for myself, as I moved along in various jobs and positions- is that my true self included I was born to teach and lead in the my chosen profession. And today I do.

I breathe, read and am constantly researching the very genre of how MUA's must work in any given assignment.

This MUA (me, myself and I) can perform with much skill; looks for all subjects. And my world goes away. My subjects and Producers of previous assignments are always wowed.

Today my work includes working with an assistant- and with my on call team of Studio Professionals subcontractors. And I use one assistant only for now)-to bring help, flow and expediency while I work, and they take direction well for any task given.

They bring specialized talent with the makeup expertise they possess. Therefore no assigment offered will be turned down due to lack of experience in any given genre.
