About Robot Johnny
When not oiling my servos or polishing my sprockets, I disguise myself as a human being named John Martz. Under this fleshy pseudonym I work as a graphic designer for CHUM Television and a freelance illustrator. I'm a member of the National Cartoonists Society and my portfolio can be found at martz.ca. I am also the editor of Drawn!, a group blog devoted to illustration, comics, and cartooning.
In addition to comics and design, my interests include movies and pop culture, animation, language and wordplay, reading, technology, Apple computers, and tending to my ever-growing music collection.
About the Site
I've maintained a website under the name Robot Johnny since 1997, when I created my first site using the ridiculously useless Netscape Composer and not knowing a lick of HTML.
