Site flagged as Possible Adult Content...but is not Adult Content

Hi...I noticed a site (apoyoyrescate.es) that has been flagged as an Adult Content site...but it is not. I am new to AboutUs and would like help to fix this problem...thanks, ARPA.

Thanks for the message. To un-flag a page, you will need to log in so you can click "yes" to view the possible adult content. Then click edit. Scroll to the bottom of the edit box and remove the Category:PossibleAdultContent line, then click save. Please let me know if you need more help. TedErnst (talk) 13:09, 3 February 2008 (PST)
We probably need to develop a page (Remove AdultContent Flag?) about how to do this task, and I moved this comment over to User talk:Arpa as well. ~~ MarkDilley
I would like to take this chance to point out something I think is a flaw in this adult content flagging system: it's easier to unflag a page than to flag it. I know this is a wiki, but when it comes to things like adult content, this shouldn't be like this. I don't know the reason why the adult content flag was created, but if it was to protect teens and children from this kind of thing, I think they are not protected at all. Every week I flag dozens of adult pages in an attempt to make AboutUs a safer place for all, but hundreds of new adult pages come in at the same time. That's alright, but what if someone decide to unflag them all just for fun? I think that once flagged, a page should only be unflagged by a staff member. Vartan created a bot to automatically flag adult content pages, which is very well done. But since it's so easy to unflag these pages, what if someone else create a bot to revert it? Cle - I would love to talk to you about this. Have you seen RecentChanges? Let me know a good way to get a hold of you by skype - Best, MarkDilley
Cle, I'm not sure that it's easier to unflag, than flag. An anon person can flag, but a person has to be logged in to un-flag. So far in the more than 6 months since we've had the flagging system, we haven't seen any abuse of the un-flagging ability. I'm not saying your concerns aren't valid, just that the problem hasn't occurred yet. TedErnst (talk)

The Science of Getting Rich

In every great book there is an underlying theme, the real meaning, the heart of the matter, its underlying importance and truth.

In this book the underlying theme is the relationship between the natural laws and the thinking process man can control to achieve his desires, subject to them being beneficial to others and of no deliberate detriment to anyone.

I have been recommending this book to many people in its original state. Now you have reworded and changed the most fundamental of its principles so that the reader will no longer gain the insight necessary to achieve the success the book promises.

Unless the reader is able to relate the message in the book to the natural laws that prevail everywhere his mission to succeed and become rich will be thwarted at every turn.

He/she will not be able to grasp the real benefits of the true essence of this book.

The references you removed from the bible are a critical part of the text, not for their religious connotations but to understand the true relationship the mind has with the creative substance. (one should be aware the bible is the greatest scientific book ever written and is not understood as it should be. I am not a christian nor a catholic and do not follow any religion, but i do understand the interpretations and the relationships between the instructions in this book and the quotations in the bible which are clear.

It is always a sad moment when, for whatever reason, people who did not create something seek to improve it without the valuable insights of its originator.

It is with great sadness that I cannot recommend this book in its current form to anyone. It is lacking in the most basic of fundamentals by not completing the links and relationships between the mind and a human's ability to control it and therefore the capability to formulate ones creations with precision.

In short it has no substance anymore.

Regards
