I guess I'm back then.
I guess I'm back, but the only reason why I'm back is that I had a talk with Ray, so there's some general understanding of how things went crazy. I guess I don't know how I fit in here anymore so I'll probably think up something to do sometime, and lie low in the meantime. Nathan (talk) 17:44, 30 August 2007 (PDT)
- I don't really have a need for any of that stuff, vandal warnings and such. Imagine if I started doing RC and warning people, then I'd have to deal with people again. Uhm..let's not have a repeat of the past. Thanks for the offer though. I have to pretty much figure out how I fit in, all over again. Nathan (talk) 17:49, 30 August 2007 (PDT)
Thank You
For the warm welcome... I enjoy adding websites that aren't here yet and turning everything red into blue... I want to start cleaning up "Categories" in the articles... it looks to me as new viewer and user - to be an area of opportunity. I think I need a thorough definition of what you consider "categories". I don't want to delete any red categories that could conceivably future categories. I am deleting "|Hot|Offers|Online" etc. Can you clear that up for me, or direct me where it's already all spelled out?
Thanks :)
Hi Kristina
Thanks for the warm welcome.
I will add some info soon. I'm just finding my way around the site at the moment.

More on Categories
Hello again Kristina.
Here is an example of what I mean... The Gruntled.net article Categories looked like this:
Categories: Shopping | Hot | Offers | From | Gruntled.net
"Shopping" is an appropriate category so I leave it alone. "Hot" is NOT an appropriate category but exists as a category so I leave it alone. The last three do not exist as categories and would not be appropriate categories so I deleted them. In other articles, I have seen a couple of red categories that might be good candidates for future categories Like "Computer Services"... I am leaving those alone. Am I on the right track here? Let me know.
Thanks
Thanks
Got it... thanks Robert
BoyChat.org
I think that the Adult Content tag is unfair, considering what BoyChat hosts. I'll give the webmaster a ring, and see if he can persuade Misha et al to remove or modify the BC tag on objective grounds.
Would you be supportive of downgrading it to "information of a potentially disturbing nature"? The current phrasing is hysterical and defamatory, IMHO. Dlievre 18:02, 31 August 2007 (PDT)

I was just leaving a warning there, but you beat me to it. That IP has been doing that repeatedly this evening, and I saw Isabel's comment earlier. DrewMyers | talk
- Nope. I'm seeing all that code as well. I'm not seeing it anywhere else, just on talk page edits. I'll double check to see if it's elsewhere, though. DrewMyers | talk

Question
Hey, I got quite the message today from Darkgiant stating that it is fine to delete other people's input on an article's discussion page. In every other wiki I edit, you need to leave people's input alone because everyone has their right to place input on the discussion page. What are the policies on this? Eric Wester 05:16, 1 September 2007 (PDT)
- Could you please advise DarkGiant about this as he continues removing comments to his website's discussion page ArtSapience.com/Talk. Thanks! Eric Wester 08:18, 1 September 2007 (PDT)
renaming a page
Hi Kristina,
I've just started to create a page - however, it's renamed incorrectly.. as ColinmAnn instead of ColinMann. Please could this be changed? If so - how?
Thanks, Colin

- Hello Colin, as a logged-in user you can use the "move" tab to fix the capitalization of a page. See Help:How do I fix the capitalization of an article? for more details. KristinaWeis 12:33, 2 September 2007 (PDT)
Response
I noticed you left me a message about a "review" taken out of my aboutus article (www.alexsdbzrpg). This is because it is not a "review" at all but blatant slander of the site itself. The site that this aboutus page describes was recently hacked, and upon this hacking that "review" suddenly cropped up. It is very clear that the people associated with this criminal act are also the ones putting up this "review" as they attempt to portray intimate knowledge of the site, it's background, and it's history. I think that the people making these postings should be locked out of the article as the last paragraph said "this paragraph will be posted over and over and over" which is clearly vandalization of the article. -Xander756

CaptainComputerParts-Ebay.com
Hi Kristina,
re: CaptainComputerParts-Ebay.com - I see you scrubed the history, but unfortunately, this includes human-edited information, including a review, which is now gone. This doesn't seem right. What now?
peace, ted
- I sent it before I read your note to me. I'm not sure this is a good practice. In fact, I think it means we need to review the whole "scrub" idea. The domain owner shouldn't have the ability to remove human edits from the page, imo. Ted Ernst | talk
pair day estimate for welcoming?
Kristina, have any sense of number of pair days for this task? WelcomeAllRegisteredContributers between Sep 1st and 15 - thanks! Ted Ernst | talk
- Sorry for the jargon. When we estimate (this is all new so forgive my present tense as if it's been this way all along) how much a task "costs" the company, our unit of measurement is the "pair day," which means one full work-day for a pair of people, working together. Some of our work may not need to have two people working together, but the point is, how long does it take. If you spent 30 hours/week welcoming, for example, we'd call that 4 pair days and put a cost of 8 pair days on the task for the 15 day period, though if you said you spent 30 hours/week and Chris spends another 10 hours/week, then I'd call that 10 pair days for the task for 1-15 Sept. Make sense? Ted Ernst | talk
Thanks for the comment.
Lived in Biloxi until Katrina destroyed my home. I'm in Nashville now but still use the old name (had it for to many years (grin)).
Had the web site up and fully operational. Tried to install flash chat and it destroyed my database (again). So I'm putting it all back on line manually now. Thankfully it's just a matter of changing the site config to get it all working again. should be back up in a couple of hours. Unfortunately I was just informed be the startlogic.com support center that the database backups only include minimal info (no user info or forums or anything that made the board what is was) so it will all be empty for a little while. Wish there was some way around this since the data base back up files .myd .myi and .frm are all on the server just not allowed to access them for security reasons. All of the educational content is still intact at least (keep all of that in .html files) I will check out AboutUs again in a day or two. I had applied to have the site listed but this set back will probably stop that from happening right now.
Again thanks for the welcome and I'll check back again soon.
Concerning Alexsdbzrpg.com
That review was in fact NOT slander and was NOT intended as an assault of any kind. It also is a coincidence that his site was hacked recently. I had nothing to do with that, and this review is not a reflection of that in anyway. If I had intended to assault his aboutus page in anyway, I would have either deleted it entirely, or posted malicious lies. The review is, of course, in the history to be reviewed by yourself or anyone and you can plainly see it is not hostile in any fashion. It says that parts of the history and description are either exagerated, or entirely false. The last sentnce "posted over and over again" was only added in the second post, after the first one was deleted. I did not realize that there was a differant, and better way to go about disagreements with the reviews. That is, I did not realize that there is an authority that regulates these reviews, and their deletion.
I know from personal experience that some of his statements are simply not true, and others are boastful exagerations (and the history will show that that is the summary of what was said), and it infuriates me that he is trying to pass off his site in such a manner. Please note that. It INFURIATES me, yet the worst word I used in that review was arrogance. It was NOT an attack, merely an attempt to shed some light on the truth. I also want to note that NONE of the original content was deleted. Please, allow that review to remain, and suggest to Xander756 to reply to it, or leave it.

I do have one question to which I could not find an answer. I wanted to add a reference under a graphic on http://www.aboutus.org/ChurchOfChrist-PortHueneme.com and then a link down under the External Links area. What is the proper way to do this?

AlexsDBZRPG ongoing...
Hi there Kristina.
This is in regards to the discussion I believe you've been having with one of my friends regarding the edits to the AlexsDBZRPG about us page.
Sorry about the mix ups with the account thing. I'm not the person who you've actually been corresponding with, you see. I did the original edit, but it was my friend who actually was the one you spoke too. I did the edits on his behalf, and then basically forgot about it. He put the edits up the second time, and then all this discussion happened.
So, yeah, sorry about the mix up.
And also, I really do appreciate your thoughts on the issue. Unlike a lot of people with power online, you didn't just tell us to stick our issue up... somewhere the sun doesn't shine... and ignore us. I personally appreciate it, and while I agree with you that Xaner will almost CERTAINLY delete the stuff (i'm yet to check it out again) I was very pleased with your diplomacy regarding the issue.
Thank you.
I'll be making sure to keep more regular contact with the site in case there are any more issues/troubles that come up. I doubt there will be (you can relax on that one).
Again, thanks.
RaikoLives 07:28, 5 September 2007 (PDT)
- After comparing the IP of the character who keeps editting the article, it has been traced back to the person responsible for it's hacking and vandalism. I would hope that AboutUs would protect people's articles from REPEATED vandalism and slandering but so far it seems to keep happening over and over. I hope that you can either ban this IP or semi-lock the article or something.
- -Xander756
- Obviously your information is incorrect, because the person who originally changed your article here on AboutUs.com was me. And I was not the person who hacked your site. And the person who keeps replacing the text in your article with a close approximation of what I wrote originally is NOT me, and he isn't using my computer, and we don't live in the same country, so I find it hard to believe we have the same IP. AND he didn't hack your site, though judging from your reaction to criticsm, I'm pretty sure that I would have endorsed the hacking had I known it was to happen. The simple fact is that there has been no slander, and frankly, the fact that you keep accusing us of doing it is slander in itself. Perhaps YOU should be the one who is banned for REPEATED slanderous offences. You'd be well advised to watch your accusations, because the more outragous your claims become, the obviously false they are, and the more you damn the content that you provided originally. If you're willing to slander someone who is trying to balance a bias article, then maybe you're willing to put outright lies IN your article. As we said in the original additions we made to your piece, all of your facts should be taken with a grain of salt.
- RaikoLives 07:58, 6 September 2007 (PDT)
You a rook?
You a rookie to administrating/moderating or something? How could whatever was put on that article possibly be seen as a site review when it has nothing to do with the site itself? It is reviewing the content that is on AboutUs and not the site, therefore it is not a review. It is also not a review and is vandalism because it is being put into the description section of the site (on purpose). Also, they have put messages directly to me on the article itself instead of on my talk page or the article's discussion page, both violations. No wonder you don't admin wikipedia. -Xander756
- Resorting to insulting the administration of this site because you aren't getting what you want (and making very weak personal attacks) is childish. It's also not a wise move to make. Do not make any parallels between Wikipedia and AboutUs - the two are completely opposite. I'm sure a lot of the administration here are glad that we're nothing like Wikipedia. AboutUs is not an encyclopedia, nor "does it play one on TV". It isn't even a project pretending to be an encyclopedia. Wikipedia is far from perfect. It has many, many faults which I shall not list here.
- As a user, I'm reminded of the difference every day and I take great pride in being involved in something so completely unlike Wikipedia. You should be glad we're not Wikipedia because if we were, you'd be blocked right now for making personal attacks & trolling. Nathan (talk) 13:02, 5 September 2007 (PDT)
- I am actually an admin on wikipedia so I guess the joke is on you....noob. -Xander756
- Riight. I'm a "noob" when I probably know more about how to use wikis than you. You must think you're real smart insulting people you don't know. Does that make you feel important to insult people you can't see? Do you get your jollies by bullying others? Why does that not surprise me that you're an admin of Wikipedia, when you obviously don't know how to be civil, instead choosing to personally attack anyone you see for any reason you like? I'm going to give you one warning right now to start behaving in some semblance of civility before someone does something rash.
- All this nonsense started because you didn't like one review about your site. Too bad, suck it up and deal. It's our policy not to remove reviews. If you don't like a review, comment underneath it and set the record straight. Just because you don't like what's being said does not give you the right to delete it, nor does it give you the right to take it out on everyone else. Grow up and learn how to act like an adult.
- I believe on Wikipedia, they have policies called WP:NPA (no personal attacks), WP:CIVIL (be civil) - why is it that your "job" is to "enforce" those policies, yet it's perfectly acceptable to break them whenever it suits you? Ah, yes, the typical smug and hypocritical behaviour of a Wikipedia administrator. I know about that all too well. Nathan (talk) 20:36, 5 September 2007 (PDT)
- It is not your policy to not delete reviews as it states right on the guidelines page "Nonconstructive negative reviews are probably best deleted". So I guess I know the policy here better than you do. Also, unless you are a complete and utter idiot, it is very obvious this isn't a review at all but just the expression of a vendetta against a person, not the site. In fact, the user who made the review is content with the entire article being erased EXCEPT the review (go look at the article). What possible use could this review be of if there isn't even a site it's reviewing now? Clearly this is not a legitimate attempt then, but only a desperate plea for attention and defamation of the site in question. The review isn't even a review of the site itself, which would be different but a review of the article on AboutUs. No other view on this site reviews AboutUs content and according to the guidelines page, that isn't what a community review even is. I insult you because you literally would have to have zero to no intelligence to not realize this, so my insults are justified. Go back to school. -User:Xander756
- I am actually an admin on wikipedia so I guess the joke is on you....noob. -Xander756

NewSkin Beta Preview
Hello Kristina!
We've noticed your contributions and are glad to be on the AboutUs team with you! As an ActiveMember your energy and ideas determine our future direction. One way that ActiveMembers stay "in the loop" is to participate in the beta previews of large new changes to the site before they are generally released.
Today we're starting a limited beta preview of an earthy NewSkin intended to reflect the alive and growing AboutUs community. The NewSkin is designed to feel wholesome and connected with the real world. This choice was made to reassure the many folks who feel that the internet is a "scary place" where mean people hide behind fake identities and shout insults at each other. We hope that the NewSkin evokes our values in a way that helps visitors and members alike feel grounded in true community.
We'd love your help putting the NewSkin through its paces! To give it a whirl you'll need to be logged in. Once you are logged in, go to "my preferences" | "skin" and select "design". Don't forget to then click the "save" button! You can always go back to the current skin by selecting "aboutus" via the same steps.
Your feedback on the new look for aboutus will help ensure that it has a maximally positive impact when we roll it out. Thanks for being a valuable member of the community, we look forward to your feedback on the NewSkin page!
Warm Regards,
the DevelopmentTeam
Deletion of an article
Since you refuse to protect articles on this site from repeated vandalism I am formally requesting that alexsdbzrpg.com's article be deleted. Due to the lackluster administrative efforts and refusal to quell vandalism, I will be taking my business elsewhere. If this request is not met I am afraid I am going to have to see what sort of legal action could be taken by means of libel/slander torts. It is sad when two people who made their accounts within the last DAY and haven't made any contributions except for targeting my article (wonder how they found it? oh wait I traced their IPs to criminals who hacked the site) can kiss staff's ass and then force someone who has been on AboutUs.org for months to want to leave. -User:Xander756
- You should know by now that the article doesn't belong to you. Honestly, if you WERE hacked, you strike me as the type of person who just might deserve such a thing. It's funny how you still claim you have traced IP's and such. I did not hack your website, and I can not honestly believe you still believe this. According to YOU, on YOUR message board, the person responsible was the member of YOUR message board by the name of Fasha. As the administrator of YOUR message board, you have access to YOUR users IP information. Therefore, YOU KNOW we are not the same person. ON TOP OF THAT, I saw the posts where it was made known that this Fasha person ADMITTED to hacking your website. So if Fasha admitted to something of THAT nature, WHAT possible reasons could he have to deny this? Mods, I have a feeling I am slightly out of line, posting this here. I will not repost it if you, the mods, delete it and I apologize in advance to you, the mods, and the blameless users who have to read this.
- posted by LegnaKrad on Sept 5, 2007, 7:30 PM
- The article does belong to me because I wrote it. Right under the edit box it says "You own the content you create. You may use it however and wherever you want." I don't think that other people should have the power to undo deletions that I make of my own content. For example, I wrote the description so if I want to delete that they shouldn't be able to veto that. I also do not want my email on here anymore so why can other people make me put it up here? I also do not want the site history which I wrote on here. Stop undoing my deletions you, jackass. Your agenda is CLEAR. If you wanted to review the site, then that's fine. But now I have decided to delete the article altogether. If you just wanted review the site, you should have no opinion on this because how would it affect you? If you just wanted to review the site, you would have never gone to such lengths as fighting to keep it on there by restoring it 20+ times and posting on countless staff talk pages and going into chatrooms with them. Now it's very obvious you didn't want to legitimately review the site and you just want to ruin the sites reputation, I hope the staff sees you for what you really are now. -User:Xander756
- It's getting harder to not just yell at you. By your own word, you own the content. But I said article. You do not own the ARTICLE, the PAGE. And as said before, I NEVER touched YOUR content. Jesus. EDIT-And also, as noted on the article page, I am willing to only post the review until the mods decide the best course of action. * posted by LegnaKrad on Sept 5, 2007, 7:30 PM
Harassment
The level that this has reached is one of harassment. The user who has been vandalizing the article is now repeatedly posting on my message board despite having his IP banned and my members telling him to get out. He will not leave me alone and says "the only way I will go away is if you admit your lies." This is harassment plain and simple, so deal with it. -User:Xander756
- Harrassment? If your definition of THAT is as loose as your definition of "slander" then I doubt there's anything to be worried about. To quote from Spider-Man - "Slander is spoken. In print it's libel." I love that your defense has, instead of making you look right, made your DBZ page look bad, Wikipedia look bad, and it has made you look arrogant and egotistical. You took this up to the level that it is at. Insulting me for writing on your page is one thing, but when you are an official presence on TWO websites, and you resort to insulting the people here who are doing their job in a fair and even-handed fashion, you step over a line. Seriously, why should anyone take you seriously any more?
- RaikoLives 08:14, 6 September 2007 (PDT)
- What does harassment on someone else's site have to do with AboutUs? I'll tell you - absolutely nothing. Nathan (talk) 09:37, 6 September 2007 (PDT)
- What it has to do with AboutUs is clear for those who are not blind. This person has a personal vendetta against me and never meant to legitimately review the site. It was meant as insulting, nonconstructive negativity. The user should be banned from AboutUs and locked out of editting Alexsdbzrpg.com's article. Or do you think that someone who just wanted to review the site would go to such lengths to get this review seen by everybody they would post it continuously on the site itself, as well as AboutUs, and in discussion pages? -User:Xander756
- Alright, I'm going to spell this out. I didn't think I'd have to do that, but I will. Wikipedia blocks people for what they do off-site. I've seen it happen, it's even happened to me. However, we do not. We are not responsible if a user chooses to harass you off-site based on what they've done here. We aren't responsible in that case, and it would set a very bad precedent to block for off-site activities. You can make excuses and justifications all you want, but we don't block for off-site activities and that's that. I see no reason why that policy should change.
- If this was Wikipedia, you would've been blocked for "disrupting the site to make a point", harassment and incivility. Count your blessings that you haven't been blocked for these already. Nathan (talk) 11:36, 6 September 2007 (PDT)
- You obviously know nothing about either sites policies. You, yourself have said you are not a staff member so your empty threats about how I am violating these rules are meaningless because you don't know them at all. I would be blocked for harassment? See that is hilarious to me because I am REPORTING being harassed yet since I report it over and over I am harassing people? You should probably stop using AboutUs because you lower the collective IQ by being on here. I also notice that Kristina hasn't done anything about this only furthering my statement that the staff here don't know how to do their jobs properly. Maybe someone with a bit more experience should step in for them.-User:Xander756

The INFO Journal (also known as the Info Journal) has a 35-year publishing history and is produced by the International Fortean Organization (see Forteans.com) and has no relation to Info Journal.org. The International Fortean Organization has been a target of a malicious troll who has been altering wiki entries and attempting to confuse the public all over the net. Info Journal.org has no relation to the real Info Journal and I believe Info Journal.org to be a malicious and bogus page that has no connection to the forteans or the International Fortean Organization. Thanks Kristina for keeping an eye on things.

have just seen the links in google do you want some help ? --Jackjones 09:27, 7 September 2007 (PDT)
- Are you talking about the sites in the previous comment? I saw that too, and I hit quite a few of them. Got to page 8. You can start there if you want! DrewMyers | talk 09:32, 7 September 2007 (PDT)
- Sweet, thanks guys! I was wondering why so many of them were already flagged, that's great! I have to run for now (the other job), but have a fabulous day! KristinaWeis 09:34, 7 September 2007 (PDT)
Google will only allow 1000 sites to come up out of the 3440 sites it says it has but I have finished all 1000 (with some help because someone got about 300 of them done) and then went back over them once more to be sure. Most were adult ones with a few parkinglots that had no adult. THere was also a few sites that didn't have porn but the related links did so I removed those links. WOW that took awhile but it was worth it. --DannyG | talk 13:00, 8 September 2007 (PDT)

did you need any assisstance? - [18:59]
Hello. I have a question re: www.aboutus.org/taxback.com . There is only 1 comment on aboutus.org relating to my company. This comment contains defamatory words including 'fraudulent', 'defraud', ' nefarious racket', etc in reference to me and my company. We beleive this anonmyous comment was written by a competitor, and is highly unfiar. We request that given the circumstances, the thread is removed. Please advise how I can achieve this. Thanks. Hi Kristina,
I am still trying to figure out the Wiki way and do not want to violate any rules. The tour was helpful but I'm still not sure the content I want to post is acceptable. I just launched my first ecommerce venture and someone suggested I post here to network and link to potential customers. I do not intend to do any spamming or massive advertising but see other businesses posted here as well.
Can you give me some pointers on how to focus my efforts to Wiki members? I am creating a contest aimed to draw creative and interesting people to the site. I will add this to my domain profile and maybe you can view it and provide honest suggestions.
Again thanks and please let me know if I am using my profile correctly.
formating
Kristina, How can I format a list so that it is horizonatl rather that vertical? I am working on a new page My Cluster Page and I need to make the list fill the page better horizontally.. please let me know if you have any ideas... --DaughertyBw 18:15, 9 September 2007 (PDT)
- Show me an example of what you want and I'll help you if I can. A table, perhaps? There's an example of a 3-column table on my user/talk page. Nathan (talk) 18:23, 9 September 2007 (PDT)
concordia-college.net
I noticed your edits to the wiki DomainPage for Concordia-College.net - what is going on with this web site and this AboutUs DomainPage (I'm a little lost)?
- I'm not too sure what to make of this, looks like someone has found a few possible sources of free addresses that look very official (*.intec.edu, *.edu.tf and the like) and is using them to promote some sort of diploma mill. I noticed it only because I'm registrant on pedia.nu and they were misusing a subdomain of that domain to link to a fake version of a Wikipedia page - hosted as static content on some free webserver, no less. The real version is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concordia_College_and_University
- I've reported it to the operators of the FreeDNS service in question, odds are it will be dealt with as abuse. That the fake page (www.wiki.pedia.nu redirected in a frame to http://www.freewebs.com/freewebwikipedia/Concordia_College_%26_University.htm ) lists AboutUs as the first of the various so-called "references" is a little disturbing. As such, I've updated the page to reflect the situation. Wikipedia seems to have locked their version of this page, so that it couldn't be edited to advertise the diploma mill as if it were a proper school, so odds are this sort of this has been going on for a while now. Pity. --Carlb 14:26, 10 September 2007 (PDT)
In any case, you may want to take a long, hard look at User:EditorAboutUs as contribs are that of a single-purpose account removing warning information about the concordia-college.net problems. --Carlb 14:33, 10 September 2007 (PDT)
To add, I think someone using a very generic username (EditorAboutUs) is usually causing problems. Why else would you go to lengths to hide who you are? I think any username which contains *AboutUs* should be blocked as potentially misleading, or something along those lines.
I've got the page on watch. I'll "babysit" it if necessary. Nathan (talk) 14:41, 10 September 2007 (PDT)
Getting vandalized (over and over again) by the same guy.
Hi Kristina,
Same problem as (about) a year ago: apparently the same vandal is back, using a new name 'Nathan'. Not only is his only goal to vandalize concordia-college.net (no other editing history), but he even claims he wrote to you to get *ME* blocked. While, as my history proves, I never vandalized anyone's page. Please be so kind to take the same steps against 'Nathan' as you already did against his initial alias which he used about a year back.
AboutUs, according to your policy, is intended to describe a website. Not to allow competitirs of that website to build up some conspiracy theory with the sole purpose of defaming others. Thanks again, Ron
Edits asserting a website is a sham, when there's documented proof to support it is not vandalism. You reverting it back without explaining yourself, is vandalism. If you have some insight into why you think this site is perfectly legal, explain why on the domainpage. This is constructive editing. Reverting is not. That's my advice, posted in two places. Nathan (talk) 15:04, 10 September 2007 (PDT)
- (edit conflict, oops) It's not a conspiracy theory, sites which claim to offer "advanced degrees" for "life experience" without actual classroom time spent learning anything tend to be fraudulent. See this and this for an overview of the base concepts. My only stake in this is that you have been using free domains that are not yours to mislead, including your post of a fake version of the Wikipedia article to a FreeDNS domain. If you were a legit university, you'd have your own servers instead of abusing freedns.afraid.org and other free services. --Carlb 15:10, 10 September 2007 (PDT)
Carlb's got a point there. If you were a legit, accredited institute, why would you use overseas services (dns, hosting, etc)? Why wouldn't you have your own, hosted locally in the city in which the institute (assuming it exists, it likely doesn't) is based? Why is your domain .net instead of .edu? Answer that if you can. Generally speaking, a lot of overseas hosted stuff turn out to be shams, Canadian-Pharmacy being one. We're only asking for proof that you're not. If you can't provide this and continue to blindly revert the page back, an admin may decide to lock it.
I'm asking you again: Stop reverting the page and discuss the matter on the page itself. Nathan (talk) 15:17, 10 September 2007 (PDT)
EDITS
It is for one word, REPORT, which is TRUE and FACTUAL. Is this not what aboutus is all about?
You can ban me for my belief, that is your choice, i will continue to edit the page until the word stays in place. --Jackjones 16:57, 10 September 2007 (PDT)

- Why remove the page when you can simply change any of the incorrect information? Nathan (talk) 17:33, 10 September 2007 (PDT)
- I have sent you an e-mail Peter. Did you not notice the No Bot Policy page that was linked to in the template on Wpspay.com? KristinaWeis 17:45, 10 September 2007 (PDT)
- I've talked to him and suggested that he could just change the information rather than have it removed. I don't think he was sure on what I meant but he seems to want the page deleted rather than simply editing the page. I've explained why blanking the page can be viewed as vandalism so hopefully he understands. Nathan (talk) 17:50, 10 September 2007 (PDT)
Thanks
I just wanted to say thanks Kristina. I have enjoyed welcoming. I was doing that in between checking Recent Changes and New Pages. So again thank you for adding me to the Welcomers.--DannyG | talk 19:59, 10 September 2007 (PDT)
re: Welcoming Pages
I see where I went wrong. Fixing it for next time
I got a question I asked Isabel but that wwas because you weren't here. I see some users have a template on their User Page already. Is that normal? --DannyG | talk 15:10, 11 September 2007 (PDT)
Example of Template
User:Strawberysncream, User:Greenabby, User:Redeyes24, User:El Cid Choose any of these. actually I would say about 80% of the ones I have done today are like this. --DannyG | talk 15:15, 11 September 2007 (PDT)
- Find them on the front page under the registered users. Bright Red means no user page. Til today I was using that. I decided to just look at the blue ones ... i found those templates and no welcome on the talk page. --DannyG | talk 15:17, 11 September 2007 (PDT)

Ha. Sorry for chopping someone off. Looked fine on my monitor but I use a large resolution so... >:) Nathan (talk) 16:28, 11 September 2007 (PDT)
- Oh no worries, I don't quite understand the formatting of that page but everyone on the right was mostly gone and I couldn't scroll over or anything so I tweaked it to four I think. As a heads-up, I tweaked Confirmation Complete (what people see when they click to confirm their e-mail) so more users may be seeing this page. KristinaWeis 00:00, 12 September 2007 (PDT)
Thanks for the warm welcome...

The Community Review Information about Cross-Domain is True
Kristina, I'm one of the ex-colleagues of SreeKumar, and the info about him and Cross-Domain added is 100% true. For the same reason, I cannot reveal my name or id. I do understand that this is not a human rights forum, but still considering the situation of his wife and children, I would like this message to be spread across their clients and various forums, because SreeKumar or Ram would fear only the social pressure. This would help SreeKumar's wife to gain back the basic human rights on her children, and would also teach a lesson to the people in BPO sector in India, who are into/encourage all illegal stuff at offices. Kindly, forward this info to any other forums that you deem appropriate. This movement has to start and gain momentum to protect innocent women and children in India. This will also expose the true faces of people like SreeKumar, who walk away with all dignity and pride but have a dirty/creepy side to their personality. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 193.32.3.83 (talk • contribs) 12:22, 12 September 2007 PDT.

Welcoming Work Time
I am not sure if I was supposed to add my time to the work sheet on hours spent but thought that was just for staff. If you wanted to know I spent about 6.5 hours today on welcomes. Very vigilante today. About 4 hours yesterday. and 3 the day before. Today was just awesome though. To all of us working togethor. Too see all those welcomes ... amazing. We are an awesome team. Way to go Boss ... hehe --DannyG | talk 02:27, 13 September 2007 (PDT)

Well you asked and I don't mind. Like I said I have a lot of time in between projects. If you read my User Page, you would have seen my Physical Status. I have SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) a form of MD. I am very limited on what I can do physically so I do projects with computers now. So I normally do about 6 projects a year and they take about 2 weeks on average to do but lots of time in between. Since I have been involved with {{AboutUs]], I have found a way to keep busy and like it. You guys have been great and I feel like part of the family. Especially you, Nathan, Bryan, Simon, Mark, Ted, Ray, Isabel, and a few others including the new people I have talked too. So to me I owe you guys a thanks because you help me to feel more useful. Thanks --DannyG | talk 02:52, 13 September 2007 (PDT)
Don't need to feel sorry. It didn't make my life worse but better. I now see life. Too busy before to stop and smell the roses, do now! Ahhh ... Jessica ... wow ... Kim Bassinger modeled for the making of Jessica. Anyways ... sleep well. --DannyG | talk 03:05, 13 September 2007 (PDT)

No worries. Have a nice day! Obed Suhail

Hey, you're more than welcome!
Sorry I haven't been around for a while.. been so busy. Last holidays were taken up with work experience. Anyhow, I have a break in a week, and you'll certainly be seeing more of me!
